Garvey Commons
Garvey Commons is an all you care to dine facility and offers all your favorites. We pride ourselves in preparing fresh food just for you. For lunch and dinner enjoy delicious entrees, deli sandwiches made to order, fresh grilled sandwiches and burgers, soups and salads made from scratch, international sauteed entrees, and vegetarian selections to entice everyone. Complete your meal with fresh fruit, a tasty dessert treat and your favorite beverage.
We adjust our menu based on student input and dining trends at SCSU. How we identify these trends stem from production records, comment cards, Synovate surveys (conducted twice a year), online comment submissions and our Dining Advisory Committee. Limited Time Offers are also implemented throughout the semester to keep the menu new and fresh.
Our dining stations include: Grill, Pizza, Sautee, Vegetarian, Vegan, Salad bar, Deli, Soup station, Taste Changer, Main Entrée line and Desert Bar. We also offer a variety of drinks options such as: 100% juice, milk, fountain soda, Aspretto coffee and tea, hydration station with flavored fruits and veggies.
